Terms & Conditions

The small print. Everything you need to know about playing with Western Lotto.

1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") shall be valid for all betting games offered by Western Lotto (a company duly organized under the Laws of Nigeria with RC 1294773).

2. Western Lotto shall offer betting services through various channels not limited to POS, SMS, USSD hereon referred to as 'the service'.

3. By using the service you are bound by our terms and conditions and all amendments thereto.

4. All the terms and conditions listed in this page shall together be referred to as "the Terms of Use". "User" and "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing the Service and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Whenever the Customer uses the service such as to place a bet or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use, including any amendment which may periodically take place.

5. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

6. By using the service the Customer confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or such legal age as he/she must have reached under the laws governing betting that are applicable to him/her. Irrespective of national regulations concerning the legal age, however, Western Lotto does not accept any Users under the age of 18. Western Lotto reserves the right to verify any Customer's statement of age and to exclude Customers from its services, if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any Customer using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his/her account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account" shall be blocked immediately.

7. Non-Commercial, non-professional purposes: the Customer's interest in using the service is of a personal nature, and is to be used purely for personal entertainment. Any commercial and professional interest is discarded.

8. Western Lotto does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of all or any products offered by Western Lotto. Western Lotto may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Customer for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage a Customer may incur in connection with any disconnection from or the non-availability of any of the products offered by Western Lotto for whatever reason.

9. Western Lotto cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the service or by its contents or by the contents provided by a third party, unless they are based on intentional or gross negligence.

10. Western Lotto shall not be liable if the Customer is unable to place a bet due to congestion on the sms system or any other electronic communication media used for the purposes of betting.

11. All indicated dates and times are based on WAT (West African Time) unless stipulated otherwise.

12. Any exception to the existing Terms of Use will be communicated in written form to the Customer. Any verbal statement made by Western Lotto employees, agents or affiliates will not be considered in case of a dispute.

13. The betting contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.

14. The betting service is available in Nigerian Naira (NGN) only and the winning shall also be paid in Nigerian Naira.

15. The Customer agrees that the Company may use the name, town/city of residence and/or the image of the Customer for publicity or our own promotional material. The Company may contact you to provide such material and funds may be temporarily withheld until such time the requested material has been received. The Company would only seek this material in the event of a large (in excess of NGN 1 million) win on any of the Company's products or competitions. The Company would always make every reasonable attempt of contacting the Customer before using/requesting such material (reasonable is defined as two attempted contact attempts by telephone, e-mail or text message).

16. Players must be aged 18 or over. By opening an account and depositing funds you authorize us to undertake any age and identity verification processes that we may require to confirm your identity. If we cannot verify your identity and age using our automated services, we will ask you to provide documentation electronically ? usually a copy of an official document such a passport or drivers licence and a recent bill showing your address.

17. No account will become active until age verification has been confirmed. No play will be possible until an account becomes active. Any deposits made into accounts that do not become active within 3 days will be repaid and the related account closed.


1. The Terms of Use can be changed at any time by Western Lotto at its own discretion. All changes will become effective on their publication on our website.

2. If you consider any amendment carried out to be intolerable, you may cease using the service.

3. The continued use of the Service after the date when the Terms of Use are meant to come into effect will correspond to a complete acceptance of the revision performed, whether or not the changes have been acknowledged.

When you place an order with us, you are subject to Nigerian Law and jurisdiction. We are regulated under licenses issued in Nigeria by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission. 


The following are the key features that we think you should know about our products before commencing play. Each game will have its own set of terms and conditions and you are, of course, advised to read all of the terms and conditions thoroughly:


When you play certain games with us, you place a bet with us on the outcome of the relevant lottery. It will be clear in the game rules if the game is a lotto bet. Your bet will be subject to the game rules for each game ? these are set out at the end of these terms and conditions and in the play pages for each game.


These games are pool bets. When the game is opened, a set number of entries are to be filled or a time limit to enter is displayed. Once the entries are filled or the time limit is reached, the game will start and numbers will be drawn by a random number generator until there are winners for all of the winning prizes. The pool of money staked, less our commission, determines the available prize fund and the prizes are percentages of that fund. Players effectively compete against the other players in the game.


These are games with outcomes determined by a random number generator which sets the outcome of the game against the given odds once the purchase is committed.



Whilst the T&Cs are written in as plain a language as possible, it may be that the meaning of some terms are not absolutely clear without explanation ? we have therefore included a little explanation for some of the terms that we use regularly and we think may be of assistance:

Bet An accepted Order.

Number Picker The means by which you make your number selections on the Website 

Order Each individual play that you purchase from us is treated as a separate ?Order? for the purposes of these terms and conditions, regardless as to whether multiple lines are purchased at the same time

T&Cs      These terms and conditions and all amendments thereto.


Winnings The winnings relative to any successful Bet.

Winning Bet A successful Bet.

1. Your Promises to Us 

1.1 You warrant and represent to us that:

* You are 18 years old or over. 

* The details you provide us for the purposes of opening your Account are complete, true and accurate in all respects. 

* You do not already have an Account with us in your name or any other name.

* You will not open an Account for anyone else.

2 Your Data

2.1 You must provide the following data to us in the course of your use of the Website and in any event before payout of Winnings: 

* Name

* Address

* Country of domicile 

* Gender

* Date of birth

* Email address 

* Telephone number

* Payment method data 

* Any other information relevant or necessary for you or us to fulfill our obligations to each other, and legally

2.2 You consent to our processing the data you provide for the following purposes:

* Age verification

* 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) and other anti money laundering checks 

* Payment processing

* Other data processing relevant or necessary for you or us to fulfill our obligations to each other and legally

2.3 We may refuse to provide you with an Account without giving any reason.

2.4 We have a separate Privacy Policy that sets out how we use and store your personal information.

3. Your Payment Data 

3.1 You must ensure that the data you provide in respect of your payment method are complete, accurate and have not been stolen or lost.

3.2 You must inform us immediately if your credit for your payment method for your Account is stopped, suspended or stolen or your data security in respect of it is compromised. 

3.3 You must inform us immediately if your password or other Account information has been passed to third parties.

3.4 You must keep your payment method data up to date. We will not be liable to you for any failed transaction that is as a result of your payment information being out of date.

3.5 We will require identification data (KYC) from you for the purposes of anti-money laundering once we accept payments from you. Whilst this is usually done automatically through our links to checking agencies, we may require copies of your personal ID such as passport, ID card, medical card, recent bills and other such information. We may ask for up to date KYC information from you at any time.

4. Your Account 

4.1 You will have a username and password for your Account.

4.2 You must keep your Account data (username and password) safe in order to prevent unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through your Account.

4.3 You may not have more than one Account. Equally, you may not use a third party?s Account. If an additional account or accounts are opened by you or by a third party on your behalf, we will be entitled, in our sole discretion to close any such accounts without notice. We will be entitled to void any Orders and Bets made by you on any Account so closed. 

4.4 It is your obligation to report suspected fraud or illicit use of your Account to us and to take steps to prevent further use immediately (i.e. changing the password). 

4.5 You may close your Account permanently by using the ?Account? facility or by contacting our Customer Services. Any open or running Orders linked to the relevant Account will be completed before the account is closed, Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4.6 We may suspend your Account and your use of the Website, if we believe that you no longer meet the requirements set out in these T&Cs or that you have provided false or misleading information or otherwise behaved fraudulently in connection with your Account, any payment methods or in connection with your use of the Website. During such period of suspension you will be prevented from accessing or using your Account and:

4.6.1 We may (but shall not be obliged) to investigate the event that gave rise to the suspension and we will be entitled to require you to provide all such documents as we reasonably require to verify to our satisfaction that you do not present a money laundering, criminal financing or other regulatory or fraud risk.

4.6.2 We will determine whether an event giving rise to the suspension has occurred and we will be entitled to either; close your Account permanently (and we may choose to do so, at our discretion, either immediately or once any outstanding Orders are settled) if it has, or lift the suspension of your Account if it has not.

5 Playing Lottery Games

5.1 You can play any of the lottery games offered by us thus:

* Fill out and submit a Number Picker or pick a pre-selected combo or syndicate option. 

* Once completed, you confirm your picks and your ticket becomes visible.  

* You can then add further lines or games to the ticket as you wish.

* Once you are finished, you can confirm the purchase by clicking the ?BUY? option on the ticket.

5.2 Once your Order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

5.3 Your Order becomes visible in your Account once placed and we will also send you an email acknowledgement of Order. You can see a list of your current and historic Orders in your Account.  

5.4 Your order will be shown as CLOSED or SETTLED after the draw; CLOSED describing losing tickets or Bets and SETTLED describing winning tickets or Bets).

5.5 It is possible that for some reasons, for example a technical fault with the lottery itself or one of our partners, an Order may be CANCELLED before the draw. We will send you an email explaining the CANCELLED status of your Order before the draw and your stakes will be refunded to your Account.  

5.6 If:

5.6.1 we accept an Order in respect of a draw after its published deadline or after the start of the relevant draw; and/or 

5.6.2 we become aware of a genuine error in relation to your Order or related draw and are not able to contact you to correct the error or cancel the Order before the deadline or start of the draw; and/or 

5.6.3 we accept an Order from you and you have given us false, incomplete or expired information in connection with your Account or otherwise in connection with your use of the Website; and/or 

5.6.4 we accept an Order from you and you have been involved in any fraud-related activities in relation to the placing of an Order, the operation of your Account or otherwise in connection with the Website; and/or  

5.6.5 we accept an Order from you and, at the time of placing the Order, you were less than 18 years old; and/or

5.6.6 you have maintained more than one Account with us; and/or 

5.6.7 any fraud and/or technical and/or human error or unwarranted influence is found in conjunction with any of your Orders or a draw related to any of your Orders; and/or 

5.6.8 a draw is declared by a lottery organiser or co-organiser as being invalid; then

(in any of those foregoing cases) we shall be entitled, in our sole discretion, to void the relevant Order and Bet and any other Active Orders we feel necessary or appropriate.

5.7 In the event of postponement of a draw, the rules applied to that draw by the Official Lottery will be applied equally to your Order.


6. Payment by you

6.1 You can pay for your order at the time you place it by either:

6.1.1 Debiting funds already in your Account; or 

6.1.2 Using any of the payment methods available on the Website to add funds to your account and pay for your Order; or

6.1.3 Setting up a direct debit or recurring payment ? usually in connection with a subscription Order.

6.2 You can add funds to your Account at any time using any of the payment methods available on the Website. 

6.3 In each case, you authorise us or our appointees to debit the relevant amount from you using the payment method chosen.

6.4 We will be entitled in our sole discretion to apply limits to your ability to deposit money into your Account and to place Orders.

6.5 In case of a rejected payment attempt we may void or reject the acceptance of the latest Order and any further Orders. 

6.6 We are entitled to transfer any money claims against you, including fees incurred, to a collection agency.

6.7 We credit payments to Accounts immediately upon confirmation from our payment service provider of authorization of the payment or upon receipt of funds ? whichever is earlier. 

6.8 The credit balance of your Account does not bear interest.

6.9 The credited amount deposited by you and the payable credit balance on the Account respectively are held in a bank account for our benefit and are therefore not protected and recoverable by you in the event of our insolvency.

6.10 We are entitled to debit your Account with any extraordinary costs incurred by us in managing it.

7. Winnings and Settlement

7.1 You will be informed with respect to your Winnings through your Account. We may also inform you by email, SMS/text message or other means of our choice (relative to permissions given by you). 

7.2 We will credit Winnings after publication of the relevant Pay Outs. 

7.3 We will ordinarily settle Winnings via your Account. You will be entitled to use Winnings credited to your Account to pay for future Orders as they will not be distinguished from your ordinary funds.  

7.4 However, for large Winnings over N10,000:00 

7.4.1 You may be obliged to collect your Winnings personally at our offices.  

7.4.2 Or at the offices of any agent of ours who accepts your Bet.

7.4.3 In any case where you have to travel to collect your prize, we will make arrangements for you to ensure minimum hassle. 

7.4.4 We may, at our entire discretion, pay Winnings into a bank account opened (by either you or us in your name). We may require you to open such an account to facilitate this.

7.4.5 We may charge you for any costs we incur in making arrangements to pay Winnings, this will include (but will not necessarily be limited to):

Your travel and accommodation arrangements;

Banking costs;

FX transactions costs and administration;

Chaperone costs.

7.5 Any applicable taxes, duties or levies on your Winnings shall be paid by you. You are primarily responsible for correct payment of taxes, duties and levies on Winnings. However, there may be circumstances where the payment of such taxes are to be withheld from Winnings under local legislation or the onus falls to the operating company paying the winnings to collect such taxes and in those and any analogous circumstances you hereby authorize us and/or our agents to deduct such taxes or levies from your Winnings before payment of the Winnings to you, your Account or any other nominated account.  

7.6 You may withdraw any funds from your Account (i.e. including Winnings) via your chosen payment method. You should note that you will not be entitled to choose a different payment method to collect winnings to that which you paid for your Order unless for good reason (i.e. that funds cannot be returned to the particular payment method) and only when specifically authorized by us; this is likely to be subject to further or enhanced due diligence processes to prevent possible money laundering. 

7.7 We may require up to date KYC information before any withdrawal generally.

7.8 We reserve the right to correct any mistakes in Winnings paid (for example, where the relevant Lottery republishes updated results to correct their own mistake), such adjustments may be upward or downward.

7.9 All winnings are payable in Nigerian Naira (N). 

7.10 After opening an account the Customer must keep username, password and/or account number a secret. All transactions where your username and password and /or account number have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid whether or not they have been authorized by the registered Account holder. Any account registration will be subject to KYC processes. The Company shall not be liable for any claims in the event that the Player gives away, tells, shares or loses his/her username, password or account number.

7.11 The Customer is entitled to apply for the closing of his Account whenever he/she wishes by requesting it to the Customer Service in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms of Use. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the Customer shall indicate it.

7.12 A closed Account may be reopened when requested by its owner and granted by the Company. In such circumstances, he/she will be subject to the Terms of Use that are in force at the date of the re-opening.

7.13 Western Lotto retains the right to exclude Users from its services at its discretion. In this case we will refund the residual credit balance in the Account using the same payment method provided upon registration, or any other payment methods adopted subsequently by the customer upon their appropriate verification. If the Account has been closed due to an infringement pursuant to the Terms of Use or to a prohibited behaviour leading to collusion, Fraud or whatsoever Criminal Activity, the residual credit balance may be forfeited. The same procedure will be applied to open bets that result in winnings.

7.14 All withdrawals from betting accounts will be subject to audit before being processed. If the audit shows that the Customer has violated the provisions of the Terms of Use, Western Lotto may reclaim any bonuses or winnings previously attributed.

7.15 Payouts handled manually through an ordinary bank transfer are processed within 5 banking days. However the Customer acknowledges that Western Lotto is at the mercy of the banks and Payment service providers in this regard and cannot do anything to speed up this process. Western Lotto reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures for pay-outs exceeding certain amount, or when there is a suspicion of misuse of accounts or money laundering.

7.16 The Customer agrees not to attempt any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposit previously made in his/her Account. Whenever any such event should occur the Customer commits to refund Western Lotto for the unpaid deposits and for possible expenses resulting from the recollection of the misplaced money.

7.17 Western Lotto will hold the funds deposited in the Account as trustee for the Customer and not as his/her banker or debtor. Accordingly, there will be no obligation on the part of Western Lotto to repay money to the Customer as his/her debtor.

7.18 Western Lotto reserves the right to limit or to refuse bets.

8. Website, Links and Banners

8.1 We reserve the right to make changes or corrections to, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our Website and the content or services or products available through it. Such changes shall not be applied retrospectively however, in the event that such changes may affect Orders that remain Active, we shall be entitled (at our choice) to cancel such Orders and then return the stakes (repaid to the Account) or allow the Bet to stand.

8.2 Western Lotto shall not be responsible for any promotional links or advertising banners of third party advertisers.

8.3 You must not misuse our Website by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or harmful. 

8.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a denial-of-service, viruses or other harmful material that may frustrate your use of our Website or directly affect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other material as a result of using the Website or any website linked to it.

8.5 While we shall endeavour to ensure that the information on our Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy or its completeness. The Website may contain errors or inaccuracies, or information that is out of date, for which we shall not be liable to you.

8.6 The contents of the Website are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights, Regulations, and International Conventions. We are the owner of these rights along with our affiliates and other third party licensors. All products and company names and logos mentioned on the Website are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us. 

8.7 No part of the Website may be reproduced or stored, modified, copied, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, by any means or in any manner, or included in any other website or in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service including, but not limited to, text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our express prior written consent.

8.8 The repeated placement of the same bet may be considered as an attempt to elude our controls and may result in the voidance of the repeated bet(s) as well as in the closure of the game account, even after said bets have been settled.

8.9 Western Lotto may at any time and without previous notice, remove or amend any product offered via the Website, as well as alter available prices where such alterations do not affect bets already in progress.

8.10 Under some circumstances Western Lotto may provide its Customers with software designed internally or by third parties in order to optimize the functioning of the Website or to benefit from additional services. In such circumstances the Customer may be asked to accept further Terms and Conditions related to the utilization of the new component. Any attempt to interfere with, modify or reverse engineer any software provided is strictly prohibited.

8.11 The Customer may link to our home page, provided he does so in a website owned by him/her, and in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Links may not be established in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, sponsorship or endorsement on our part without our express written consent.

8.12 Where our Website contains links to other websites and resources provided by our partners or other third parties, these links are provided for information only and we do not make any representations regarding the accuracy and reliability of contents available on such third party websites. We have no control over the contents of those websites and therefore accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their utilization.


1. The Bonus Conditions form part of the General Terms and Conditions.

2. We may in any moment offer you complimentary bonuses to be credited directly into your Account. Credited bonuses may only be used in relation to such services as may be specified when the bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus results in implicit acceptance of additional terms and conditions we may make available to you in respect of each such bonuses, promotions and special offerings. Western Lotto reserves the right to withdraw in any moment any credited bonuses when a material infringement of the Terms of Use has been ascertained.

3. Western Lotto reserves the right to deny admission or to terminate admission to any of the bonuses, promotions and/or special offerings, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue their validity at its sole discretion and without informing the Customer.

4. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions made available when communicating the bonus offer. If groups of customers acting in collusion or as a syndicate or individual customers who register several times, set up fictitious accounts or use front men attempting to rig bonus offers, Western Lotto reserves the right to call in any bonus payments granted, cancel any winnings made with these bonus offers, refuse to pay out any amounts requested and close accounts. Western Lotto reserves the right to terminate or change a bonus offer at any time. Furthermore, Western Lotto takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the contents of the information services, including, but not limited to the result notifications delivered via email and SMS. Likewise, all data in the live scores, statistics and intermediate results of the live betting product are subject to change. 9. Player Self Exclusion

9.1 You can lock your Account (?Self-Exclusion?) by using the Self-Exclusion facility in the Player Protection part of the Website. The duration of your Self-Exclusion can be determined by you from the options given (with a six month minimum) or, if no duration is provided, we will set it for you for six months. 

9.2 Where there are pending or live Orders linked to your Account, the Orders will be voided or left to run at our choice.

9.3 The reopening of an Account that has been self-excluded is only possible after the expiry of the Self-Exclusion period. 

9.4 To reopen an Account, Players must contact Customer Service. There will be a 24 hour cooling off period before an account is reopened.

10. Complaints

10.1 Our internal complaints procedure has three levels:

10.2 Firstly our Customer Service will try to resolve your complaint. 

10.3 Secondly, if your complaint has not been resolved at the first level, we will ask a manager to review your complaint. 

10.4 Finally, if your complaint has not been resolved at the second level, we will ask a director to review your complaint.

10.5 You will always remain free to complain to our regulator or the courts if you feel that your complaint requires authoritative resolution.

11. Limitation of Our Liability 

11.1 We will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty or other tort) or otherwise:

11.1.1for any loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings or profits (whether direct or indirect); or

11.1.2for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs or other claims, howsoever caused or arising, whether through non-supply or late supply of the Website or any other service available through the Website, non-performance of these T&Cs or otherwise.

11.2 These T&Cs do not affect our liability for cases of death and injuries to persons because of our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentations.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of these T&Cs, we shall not be liable to you for any reason if our obligations to you have been affected by:

12.1.1 any event beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, any act of God, actual or threatened war or other threat or challenge to governmental authority, confiscation, nationalisation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any Government or public or local authority, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service;

12.1.2 the failure of, or damage or destruction to, or any errors caused by the computer systems or records or any third party (including, without limitation, the Website), or any aspect of the foregoing;

12.1.3 delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;

12.1.4 any other action or event that prevents or hinders the acceptance of an Order;

12.1.5 losses caused for misuse or unauthorised use of Passwords, money lost by misplacing Orders and failure or malfunction of the equipment or technology of the relevant Player or their Internet service provider.

13. Website up-time

13.1 Whilst we try to ensure that the Website and the services are continuously available we do not guarantee that:

13.1.1the Website will be available at any specific time or for any specific period;

13.1.2the Website's features, functionality or performance will meet any particular requirements; or

13.1.3the Website or its features and functionality are, or will be, compatible with, or available on, any particular device or system. 

13.2 In addition, we do not warrant that any alerts or advices you may choose to subscribe to will be provided in advance of any deadline for placing an Order and we shall have no liability if any such alerts or advices are incorrect or delayed or are not sent to or not received.

13.3 We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that results notified are correct. We shall have no liability for errors that are discovered only after Winnings have been paid out where such error is based on incorrect information that is published by the official lottery or their websites.

14. Dormant Accounts

14.1 We shall be entitled to suspend your Account, if more than one year has passed since your last transaction (and your account is then treated as ?dormant?). We will then contact you via email or telephone to notify you that the account is dormant. If you do not reply and/or the account remains dormant, we will not be obliged to pursue further contact with you and will be entitled to charge you a fee for holding the unused account equal to the value of the funds remaining in the account and then close the account.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 If these T&Cs are published in any other language, the English version of these T&Cs will supersede and take precedence over any conflicting elements with other languages.

15.2 We will not be liable for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website or the services provided through it (this will include payment of Winnings for any Bet procured illegally).

15.3 Internet gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions or its legality may be in doubt. You acknowledge and accept that we cannot give any legal advice or assurances or make any representation of any kind in respect of the legality of using our services when located in the jurisdiction where you reside or are located.

15.4 Directors, officers, employees (and their immediate family members) of Western Lotto shall not open an Account or place an Order with us.

15.5 If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, all other provisions of these T&Cs will remain in full force and effect and will not in any way be impaired.

15.6 If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provisions were deleted, the provision in question will apply with the minimum modifications necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15.7 All notices under these T&Cs are to be sent and received by email. For this purpose:

15.8 We may, but you may not, assign our rights and/or transfer, sub-contract or delegate any of our obligations to you (under these T&Cs or any related contractual relationship).

15.9 Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy due to us shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy. 

15.10 These T&Cs, the relationship between you and us and each Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Nigeria. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts in relation to all disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs or any Order submitted on the Website.

15.11a Any bet placed by the Customer shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Nigeria Criminal Code Act, CAP. 22ÿand any Regulations and Rules made in terms thereof, as amended from time to time. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he/she is aware of these provisions.

15.11b The betting contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.

15.11c If the Customer places a bet from a location falling outside Nigeria, such bet shall be subject to all appropriate exchange control regulations and the laws of the foreign jurisdiction from which such communication originates and it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to ensure full compliance with same. Western Lotto makes no warranties and shall not be liable to the Customer if it is not able to remit any monies held by it to any account held by the Customer in a foreign jurisdiction.

15.12 All personal data is stored in the database of the company and will not be passed on to third parties unless recurring the terms set out in the Privacy Policy Section. Western Lotto reserves the right to relay suspected offender's saved details to sporting bodies, authorities or any other third party, which deals with the investigation of offences concerning match or price manipulation. 16.1 We believe in Responsible Gaming and take our responsibility in this matter seriously. With regard to the purposes pointed out herewith, we do strongly suggest our Customers to try keeping clearly separate gambling from his/her daily activities; try establishing affordable deposit limits; try considering the lasting time of each gambling session before its commencing; not to understand gambling as an alternative source of income or a way to recoup debit;

16.3 At any time the Customer may request to our Customer Service temporary or permanent self-exclusion from part or all of our services as well as the closure of his/her account. We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with self-exclusion; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.

16.4 The Customer may as well request to our Customer Service to activate deposit limits on his/her account, or to modify the existing ones. Western Lotto provides its users with the facilities to set their own limit on deposits on a daily, weekly or a monthly basis. We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure the effective enforcement of the deposit limits; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Revocation of previously self-imposed limit shall come into effect only after seven days after the Company has received the request of Revocation.
